Talk to the bride to get a sense of her vision for the day. Find out the style the bride is looking for in her dress and wedding party’s attire. The bride will be able to show you styles she is looking for by having her go through a few bridal magazines with you to get ideas. This will help you get started in the right direction.

Shopping

When the bride and bridal party have selected what they will be wearing, you can follow their lead as far as formality goes. You can also decide on the color that you would like to wear. You do not have to match the bridesmaid dresses…but you don’t want to clash with their dresses either. The best MOB and MOG dresses will compliment the mother’s coloring.
